Reading Program

Reading Comprehension, Phonics, Sight Words, and Vocabulary will all improve dramatically as a result of our Reading Program. It also includes a significant amount of writing....and, most importantly, we will assist your child in developing focus and concentration. If you attend two sessions per week, this program is designed to help your child improve one full grade level in 40 sessions of instruction (approximately 5-6 months). (Imagine your child reading ahead of rather than behind the class average!) Our Reading Program includes Writing for older students with a reading level of less than 9th grade. This program will assist your child in making "significant progress" in writing composition and Language Arts. We teach your child a structured approach to writing that is not currently available at his or her current school. Our curriculum includes extensive practice with sentences, paragraphs, essays, punctuation, capitalization, and grammar, as well as extensive Reading Comprehension and assistance in improving your child's focus and concentration. This program will be extremely beneficial to your child if he or she is having difficulty in school with Social Studies or Science.
